Parsons replaced the Les Moonves for the post. Moreover, Moonves resigned from his post on September 9, 2018. He accused of sexual harassment by many women working in the same world.
In 1971, Richard started his career as an intern in the New York State Legislature. Later, in 1974, he started working with the former US President Gerald Ford as a lawyer in Washington, D.C.
